2:15 – 2:30 Lineup Campers will lineup before the afternoon activities, in case there are questions or problems to be addressed. Group Head Counselor & Jr. Counselor
2:30 – 6:30 Field Day Field Day/Camp Olympics. Campers will participate in a variety of activities (relay races, tug-of-war, etc.) and review what they learned during the week. All counselors
6:30 – 7:30 Dinner Dinner will be prepared by caterers. Each day campers will rotate responsibilities of washing dishes.  
7:30 – 8:00 Closing Circle Discussion of that day’s activities; questions Emily

Friday, August 2, 2013—Trip to Arba Minch

TIME ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION LEADERS
6:00 Bus arrives Bus will be chartered to transport camp participants and personnel to the hiking area  
6:30 Breakfast Prepared by PCVs: Bread, Peanut Butter, Honey Julia, Samantha, Dan
7:00 Depart& travel to Arba Minch Field trip to Arba Minch  
11:00 – 2:00 Arba Minch  Campers and Counselors will take boat rides and have lunch.  
2:00 Travel back to camp Account for all campers, counterparts and PCVs attending field trip.  
6:00 Return to camp Counselors will account for all campers and prepare for camp video.  
6:00 – 6:30 Camp video Campers will watch a video showcasing the week’s activities. A PCV will collect material for and edit the video.  
6:30 – 7:30 Dinner Dinner will be prepared by caterers. Each day campers will rotate responsibilities of washing dishes.  
7:30 – 9:00 Bonfire and Awards Ceremony Campers will relax around a campfire and make s’mores, while camp counselors distribute awards to participants.  
9:30 Lights Out Campers and on-duty counselors go to cabins to sleep. Shane, Degemu and Jackie, Hanna
